Hello,

According to Inc., 3 out of 5 (https://www.inc.com/marcel-schwantes/research-shows-that-more-than-3-in-5-workers-are-poised-to-leave-their-companies.html) employees are ready to leave their companies. And for many, it isn’t because of their pay; it’s because they feel underutilized and stifled by a lack of opportunity for growth.

So, how can company leaders and managers find these employees and make the changes necessary to encourage them to stay? I thought an article answering that question would be an interesting one to research and write for your website.

In the piece, I’ll offer advice and resources for company leaders and managers on how to ID underused employees and tap into their full potential -- so that everyone wins!

I can get started right away. Will you please let me know if you’re interested?

Thank you,
Karl Stolly of mybusinesses.net

P.S. If you’re interested but have a different topic preference, please let me know. However, I understand if you’d rather not hear from me again. Just let me know if that’s the case.
